Our RTW pieces are made in standard sizes, but we occasionally offer limited customization. Please reach out to our team before placing your order to confirm your customizations and/or adjustments.

Yes, we deliver across Nigeria (and internationally if applicable). Delivery options and fees will be displayed at checkout.

Orders within Nigeria typically arrive within 5-7 working days, while orders outside Nigeria takes 10 working days. Specific description order items may take longer depends on details of the garment.

Once your place your order, you will receive a confirmation email and when the order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor delivery progress.

We accept debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and select digital payment options like Klana, clearpay. All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners.

Currently, we do not offer payment on delivery. All orders must be fully paid before processing. Or try payment ptions like Klarna or clearpay that will give you access to pay on installment if you live within its region

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with tags intact. Custom or sale items are final sale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Currently, we do not offer refunds after a payment has been made, we can only offer an exchange for the product bought. The product needs to still be in its perfect shape as received

Each product page includes a Size Guide with detailed measurements. If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort.

We include care labels on every piece. Generally, dry clean or hand wash in cold water and air dry to preserve the fabric’s texture and color.
