1. NATIONWIDE & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Shipping Fees: All applicable shipping fees, carrier methods, and delivery options will be dynamically calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES

We strive to dispatch orders as swiftly as possible. Our standard estimated transit windows are as follows:

Domestic Orders (Within Nigeria): Typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days from the date of shipment.
International Orders (Outside Nigeria): Typically arrive within 14 business days from the date of shipment.
Specialized & Made-to-Order Garments: Please note that specific, highly detailed, or customized garments may require additional production time before dispatch. The timeline for these specialized pieces depends entirely on the craftsmanship and complexity of the item.

Note: All delivery timeframes are estimates. thowoo.com is not responsible for unexpected delays caused by transit carriers, customs clearance delays, or force majeure events.

3. ORDER TRACKING

We keep you informed at every step of your journey:

Order Confirmation: Immediately upon placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
Shipment Confirmation: Once your package is packaged and handed to our shipping partner, you will receive a secondary dispatch notification via email or SMS. This communication will contain your dedicated tracking link to monitor your package's delivery progress in real-time.

4. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

For all orders shipped outside Nigeria, the recipient is recognized as the importer of record.

Additional Fees: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country's government once a shipment reaches its borders.
Customer Responsibility: All such additional fees, customs duties, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. thowoo.com has no control over these charges, cannot predict their amount, and is not responsible for paying them or resolving customs hold-ups.

5. CANCELLATION RULES & POLICY

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation rules are applied strictly to unfulfilled items within an order:

Cancellation Window: You may request to cancel your order at any time until the item is officially fulfilled by our logistics team.
Post-Fulfillment: Once an item has been processed and marked as fulfilled, we can no longer halt the shipment. At that point, the order must be processed as a standard return in accordance with our return guidelines below.

6. RETURN RULES & ELIGIBILITY

To ensure a premium shopping experience, we offer structured return windows for fulfilled items in an order:

The Return Window: Customers have 14 days to request a return.
Starting Point: This 14-day return window begins exactly from the day of delivery of the item to your address, as confirmed by carrier tracking.
Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping for items eligible for return (excluding POS returns and designated final sale items).
Final Sale Items: Please note that items belonging to specific designated collections or customized lines may be marked as Final Sale. Customers cannot request returns or cancellations for final sale products.
